Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities
Answer incoming questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
Verify new customers’ coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
Requirements and Skills
High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
Previous customer service experience required for this position
Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
Possess or obtain Illinois Property/Casualty licenses within first sixty days of employment
Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
Appraise the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and sell the suitable protection plans
Collect information from clients on their risk profiles to offer them the proper solution
Prepare reports to shareholders on the success of your business endeavors
Retain continuous awareness of transactions, sales, and terms and keep relative records
Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation
Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field
Fulfill all company-established policy obligations
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or other Sales role
Good comprehension of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, etc.
Ability to work with computers and understand and interpret standard statistical findings
Goal-oriented
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
High school or College Degree
